These people texted me a few min ago saying I could make $$$ in 11 hours. I don't know who these people are or what they do but this is obviously a scam. And you can text STOP to stop the texts but that doesn't work. They continue to text me but its with different numbers.

Ivy, you might want to download a call blocking app.  There are many that are free and they work pretty well.  Here's 800 notes discussion on call blocking apps and some consumer reviews.
