Probably a scammer - this is a mobile phone.  There is also no "Manna & Associates" registered with the Secretary of State for NJ.

There is a Michael Manna and Associates, in Ridgefield, NJ.  However, he doesn't do debt collection - his practice concentrates on elder law, medicaid planning, estate planning, matrimonial & family law, divorce & child custody.

Remember - if your caller will not send you written proof that you owe this debt to them within five days of their call, do not pay!

Rang and scared the living [***] out of me while i was taking a nap. Only rang once, probably a scam.

Called my cell in the afternoon. Rang once and hung up. No voicemail.

I missed the call about 4 minutes ago and when I called back, I got this robo-message. "Hi! This is Lisa with Reward Redemption. We called you because you recently visited one of our affiliate websites and in appreciation we have a $100 rebate card for you redeemable at popular stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot and many more. Press 1 to receive your $100 rebate card or press 2 if you would like to be placed on our Do-Not-Call list."
