Received scam call saying police would be coming to arrest me for tax evasion!

Said that I would be arrested for a case against me.

I received a call form this No.202-241-2346 saying that legal action was going to be done if we did not call them back.

Received call saying If did not call back with 24 hrs due to IRS issue police will be involved.

I am getting harassed by this  number 2023412346

I got a call from this number today from Ms. Sandra, she told me the same thing and that the investigator is on the way to my house to arrest me, and that I will be having to shower naked with other guys in jail. I'm only 19 and she scared me to death

Justin, there is nothing to be scared of, they are thugs trying to scare you into giving them money.  No one is coming to arrest you. Please do not answer calls from numbers you do not know, if it's important they will leave a message and NEVER return the call. I assume you're on a cell phone, find an app to block the calls.

That I owe irs and if I don't return the call police will come arrest me.

Got call saying my taxes were wrong. I told him he could not speak english and I would call IRS  myself.

Do not fear these people! The IRS would not call from a magic jack phone number. Apparently they're arresting our whole family for tax evasion. Nope.

Also people if the irs want you or something they would send you a letter in the mail cause they dont have your cell numbers.

I received a voicemail from this number telling me that I would be arrested by local law enforcement if I did not respond within 24 working hours. The message goes on to say that there are four charges against me. I am afraid as I have several previous calls from the same number on my missed call log.

What 4 things do you think you did to have 4 charges against you? If you were truly going to be arrested for anything, do you think the police would call you in advance to make sure you would be home? Do not answer callers you do not recognize, never call them back and get a call blocker and use it. If you try to play their game by their rules you will loose-no doubt.

IRS Scam:

The IRS does not need to sue anyone.  They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office.  Several of them.  Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for.  Again delivered by the Post Office.  Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own.  If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge?  They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.
