They are from a company called "Heath Insurance for you" They have random numbers come up on your caller ID and when you ask to be taken off  their list they hang up and call every day

Harassing calls from this number everyday !!!

Every morning at 6 AM they call. Ugghh !!

Called on my cell phone but I didn't pick up as didn't recognize number.

We're getting calls from 202-403-0917 every day!  Vitelity, LLC is the name that comes up on the caller ID.  I don't answer.  I really wish these could be blocked!

Heath insurance.  Won't quit calling.

Initially I did a search to look for health insurance. I apparently came across this company. I told them several times that we acquired insurance elsewhere but the idiots keep calling and when I start to talk to them that I don't want called they hang up so I decided to call them back and see how they like to be disturbed!! I decided every call I get I will call them right back and so far have not received another call from these unprofessional POS people.

It appears that the majority of people who think the Do Not Call list is "a joke" definitely have extreme difficulty understanding certain concepts requiring at least moderate cognitive capability.

Due to the number of posts of that nature, we are now considering that posters are either very lonely trolls, wanting to "meet enemies and influence people", or they have a total inability to understand the written word.  They are unable or unwilling to answer the following question:

Exactly how is the DNC list a joke?

Legitimate telemarketers use it to prevent calls to registrants.  Just think - if there were no such list, you would be getting calls from BOTH legitimate and scam "telemarketers".

The DNC list is NOT a call blocker! If you thought it was, you are very much mistaken.

The DNC list does not apply to charities, political calls, surveys, debt collectors or companies with which you did business in the last 18 months.

The DNC list is ignored by spammers and scammers, and those criminals usually use VOIP or burner phones, and cannot be easily traced.  Kristi Thompson of the FCC explained that it can take her anywhere from five to ten subpoenas to trace a single robocall back to its origin.

Is there ANY law that is 100% effective in preventing criminals from disobeying it?  If a criminal disobeys a law, is that law a joke?

The FTC penalizes organizations located in the USA that violate DNC provisions, but only if those organizations are identified!  Have you done your part to identify your callers?

The DNC organization does not sell its list to non-registered telemarketers.  Spammers and scammers can get your number without obtaining the DNC list!

All this information, and more, is available on the DNC site, for those who have the cerebral capacity to read and understand.  Apparently you do not qualify, but prefer to mislabel things that you do not understand.

If you want more protection than provided by the DNC list, get a call blocker app, device, or service, and learn how to use it correctly.  Try a little self-responsibility!

getting calls every day on my cell phone, I don't answer

I got those calls also. They said the company was National Enrollment Center and the work with 40 different A-rated health insurance companies in my state. I asked them how/where they got my number, they said through the state I live in saying I needed health care coverage.  When I asked them where they were calling from because I did not recognize that area code in my state. They never gave me a straight answer! Said they work with United Health Care, Humana and others. I tried to ask several other questions and they kept transferring me to someone else. After the 4th transfer which the last time was disconnected, they didn't call back. Hmmm, the probably knew I was looking them up on the web to see if they were legit! Another SCAM!

keeps calling blocked and still keeps calling

They call multiple times day won't answer then they disconnect hoping you will call back. I want them blocked.

Down load the app mr. Number and put them on the block number list.  Your phone does not even ring.

10/3/16 @ 10:40 AM - Received call on my cell from 202-403-0917 (Washington, DC). Did not answer. No message was left.

The company called while I was mowing, I didn't answer. I looked them up here and I noticed that it wasn't worth answering.

I want these [***]' calls to stop, and I want these people prosecuted!!!!

These people have been calling everyday, several times a day, on my cell.  I don't answer, because I don't recognize the number, but it's really annoying and I wish there was a way to block these types of calls.
