Man with accent wanted to speak with a particular manager in order to send documents, so I transferred him to Purchasing.  His eight (8) subsequent calls for the same purpose were from 69990418.  Also tried hanging up or letting the phone ring when the number appeared on Caller ID, which only seemed to motivate / aggravate him.

A male voice from a loud call center called the main number at work number asking to speak with a colleague. Seeing the 555 prefix which is a fake number, I said that he was not available and asked to take a message. The caller said "no that's okay" and hung up.
