It called to my cell phone. I won't answer it.

I just received call from 202 607-2539 - at my work number.  Did not answer...caller did not leave message

I just received a call from this number at my work number.  I answered, but no one on the line.

Called my cellphone at work. Not the first time they called, to inform me "my car warranty" is going to expire (uhhh sorry I own a 96 volvo and a 99 jeep neither purchased with warranty)...They are trying to sell car warranties. I got a person on the line and asked them to remove me from the list the 5th or so time they called. Got to be around 10times now, I hate these people :::grrrrr:::

OH NO! It was my last chance to do anything before my 'car warranty' expires on my 10 year old car. These people are jerks. It seems when you ask or push the button to be removed from the call list, all it does it roll your number over to a new list and it starts again. Sheesh!

Claimed to be calling from Ohio when I asked the location. They call me way early in the morning- I need to sleep until rested to function, getting interrupted is  a threat to my health. Someone make them STOP before I lose my cool.

Got one last week and just now. Nobody there.

young sounding lady called and asked if i was mr."kurt". i replied yes and she hung up.

First time they've called me. 11 am in the morning. Called my house phone. Caller ID showed as "One National" in Washington DC. I didn't answer the phone.

I googled "One National" but didn't come up with anything definitive.

I get a call from this number at least once a day Monday through Sunday, but I don't answer it.  I'm going to start pushing my fax machine to go through when they call me again and maybe that will get them to pull me off their list.

Getting multiple calls per day.  No messages left, no one on the line if I answer.  Only Caller ID shown is "Washington, DC."  VERY, very annoying.

First time to see this number.  Did not answer, thank goodness.  Glad to have this website.

Lady called and asked for me by name. Said "Yes, this is he"...Wanted me to listen to this short message about a film.. Something about alternative energy, and foreign countries are "terrorist nations" not kidding... and how this puts us under foreign control, "not since the time of Hitler". not kidding.. Listened to message, then someone was supposed to get my opinion, but waited for 30 seconds and hungup.. Don't know what this was all about.. Probably they just wanted to confirm my name/phone.. Won't ever answer again from these people.

Come to think of it, lady calling me was african american. Not that really means anything, but suspicion/gut guessing this is probably part of the new Obama gustafo trying to build their list of people opposed/outspoken about his policies- that be, don't axe ..Anyone else on the list political objectors to the new thief, I mean chief. Don't have to respond.. Just throwing it out there.

I am SO SICK of getting calls from people like this it's killing me.  Caller ID is worth twice the price just so  don't have to answer these types of call.  We're even on the "no call" list but I still get siding, roofing, political, and calls from idiots like these guys.  I've even answer the calls and told them to never call this number again in the most forceful terms but still they come, day and night.

Someone from the number 202-607-2539 has been calling, but never says anything when I answer. It is my understanding that they are a telemarketer. I am on a no call list, but they call anyway.

They're Citizens United -- a CONSERVATIVE fundraising group. If you'd checked around on a few more "Who called me?" sites, you'd know that.

'Course, you could've used your critical thinking skills, as well. Left-leaning environmental groups have NO QUALMS about telling who they are or how they're affiliated. It's straw man groups funded by industry that usually try to be evasive about their goals, strategy, and support.

Just got a call from this number.  Its about the hundredth time.  Either they tell me its my last chance to get the warranty renewed on my car (which I never had one anyways!!) or they don't answer when I say hello.  Who can I report this to???  I am on the no call list!!!

While I was out, I received a call from this number just two minutes after a call from 702-520-0084.  Both didn't leave a message, but the latter number had previously called me claiming my car warranty is about to expire (It doesn't expire until 2011.)

The phone # 202-607-2539 is from Citizens United, whoever they are.  No messages left ever.  They've been calling all winter.
