Called looking for a Monica Mendoza and asked if I knew who she was.  Never identified themselves.

These guys have no clue.  They have called and continuously harrassed me to speak to Richard.  There is no Richard, nor has there ever been at my number.  They ask if I know him... the answer is always and will always be no!  I ask to be switched to a supervisor that can adjust their records (one who hopefully speaks AND understands the English language) and have been redirected to a never ending ringing extension, or they have attempted to give me a phone number to call.  I AM NOT CALLING THEM, THEY ARE CALLING ME!  YOU take ME off, don't expect ME to call YOU.  NO help... they're obviously a debt collection company, you would think they'd want to know they're calling a bad number... but they don't.

You will have to call, no way around it. Call the number back, press 2 (you should get an good english speaking person) ask for a supervisor and have them remove it. It probably helped my situation that mine is a municipal government work phone, and I told them if they didn't rectify the situation I would turn it over the City Attourney, and I would have. I hope when they find the Jeff Johnson guy they are looking for they hang him by his nuts for giving out a bogus # or not paying his bills

I get daily calls from this number. They even left a message, but since it was for someone who isn't me, I just deleted it. It annoys me because I have to pay for incoming calls on my cell. After I got the phone number in November from T Mobile, I immediately got calls from AT&T looking for Carmen Valesquez to pay her wireless account. After several months of complaining, AT&T finally stopped calling, but now I get calls from this number daily. I wish the phone companies would not allocate numbers to new clients until the number has been out of use for at least 6 months. I think this is part of the problem. I'm not going to do anything for now. They can ring me until the cows come home. It's not me they are looking for. I haven't any debt.

call everyday wrong party

Called many times throughout the day and would never leave a message - I have a new baby and this was getting ridiculous!  Called them back several times and left a message asking to be removed from their list as I couldn't get a real person on the line.  Finally lost it today when they called again and I got to the phone before it went to VM...went off on the guy who insisted he wanted to talk to a Dezirae from WI, who was at my cell phone number last week (not possible as I've had this number out of Dallas for almost 7 years.)  Anyway, he finally deleted my number but then I got another call this afternoon.  Followed advice of another poster and used extension 2 through the rotary system...guy was polite and confirmed my number had been removed, advising the system was updated every evening and I should receive no more calls as of tomorrow.

Someone is phoning my cell nonstop.  I first returned the call and they hung up on me after I asked not to be phoned.  The second time a "Sue" told me that they have no record of my phone number which flat out is a lie as I have caller id.  I want them to stop phoning me.  I do not owe money as this is a new cell phone with many other creditors looking for the same person which is not me.

They call 20 times a day. You answer and no one talks for up to 10 seconds then once they do they don't know english.

My son has a brand new cell phone he received on Christmas Day and he receives several calls each day from this number. The caller is always asking for a person by the last name of Jackson -- since each person who calls has spoken very poor English I haven't been able to make out what the first name is. I have repeatedly told them this is a new cell phone and there is no Mr. Jackson at this number.

Call daily to call an 800 number. It is pure SPAM!

called on 1/30. didn't recognize so I didn't answer. no msg left

they just let it ring 2 times and hang up lol

This phone keeps calling several times a day and does not leave a message.  I do not know the number and want them stop calling me.

they are a company that works for the collection agencys so they can transfer you over to them or have proof that it is your number
