Whoever this number is (for a collection), is breaking federal law by calling me.  BCR collections?

Kentucky,we had a cell phone threw John Cellular. John Cellular sold /Cellular one was took over by   verizon.

The Deal was to use they phones,till your contact was to be renewed.Our contracts was up by Oct. 09.The new phones came with away to send them phones back.Or bill to John's would of been $264.00 not sure about the cents on that. We did not sign a contract with verizon. Then one month later we got a bill from verizon for $900.00 dollar and once again do not remember the cent that was on that.I have trye to explan this to BCR collections they would and will not quit calling.

I get calls all times of the day.  It gets to where I cringe when I hear my cell phone ring.  Well I wouldnt say ring vibrate because I have it on silent all the time.

You, the public, tell you Congressmen or women and your District Attorney about them and have BCR stop harassing you. You have the rights and you elect your official to represent you in all matters.
If you owed something to someone, they send your info to them and they get % for their commission of fees. Even if their faults!

You have the right not to pay! Scum bags they call me 10 times a day from several differnt numbers and the now are calling my work and my boss is pissed off at me. They tell me they are collecting for a cell bill from verizon thing is i still have my verizon phone and have been paid in full every month they want like 900 dollars  they are scum bags i know just put my phone on do not disturb. they never leave a mssege ans half the time do not answer when i say hello.

I just found this page after numerous calls from this outfit that would not identify  themselves.
If the are calling about a Verizon account your only recourse it to take legal action.
Verizon has and has had problems with their billing. Once they pass you over to a collector you end up going around in circles. I dumped Verizon years ago just because of problems like this.

i keep getting calls from them too. i have a verizon prepaid phone and i keep it paid up and i don't owe anyone money. should i call verizon or take legal action since that's what everyone is saying?

I called back and the "receptionist" hung up on me. Well that is a nice reception. I realize that "they" want to collect on a debt that "they" already wrote off as bad debt on "their" taxes. So why would I pay for something that a so called company has already received money on? They are crooks it is plain and simple. This is probably their site-hehe, who knows and who cares

Yeah, my experience is because of Verizon as well. I had no problems with them until a year before I dropped them. There service was getting ridiculously expensive and they kept messing up on my phone service. So I am also getting these stupid BCR phone calls. Different numbers several times a day. If you have a smartphone, I would suggest downloading a call blocker app for them until you can figure out how to get them to leave you alone.

Most ridiculous thing is that they call and don't leave messages, then you call them back and they don't talk to you. Idiots!

By reading these posts I now realize why I'm getting calls from 2026072764 & 2756. Verizon wireless breached the verbal contract we had by stopping service on my primary line while I was trying to resolve a dispute regarding an auxiliary line. I DO NOT OWE VERIZON or anyone associated with VERIZON any debts/monies/respect/regard!!

I answerd a call from this number and the lady said that i owed some money on a acount.  She is wrong.  She was rude and nasty on the phone.  Its agianst the law acting that way.  Someone needs to report this company to the federal trade commision. theyre breakin the law!!!

call the federal trade commission and file a complaint on the phone or file a complaint on the internet.  these scum bags need to pay big penalties for breaking the fair credit reporting act!!!

Numerous calls trying to find a relative.  I have told them that I am unaware of their where-a-bouts,  Thet keep calling after I have requested that they should not call.

This is a collector trying to reach a relative. Told them that they have the wrong number and that person does not live here.
The person I spoke to was John from B C R.
When he started raising his voice with me, I hung up on him.

it is just very lame. People do not have the time to return calls to people who do not leave messages. Wait, it is not lame, it's gay!
