Look up NCO.  The have been caught time and time again and they keep up the phone harassment.  Maybe people using Captial One Credit Cards should contact Captial One and inform them that if they want to employee such collection practices they can wait for their money.

Well If you would pay your bills,  then you wouldn't get them calling you,  So stop complaining and pay the stupid bill,  You made the bill not them,  you agreed to pay it,  so do it,  I'm sick of hearing all you people cry about them calling,  It's your stupid fault that they are calling,  Yes file a complaint about them calling you because your to lazy to pay your bill,  If you don't want to pay your bills then stop getting them.   "We should file a complaint"  Please do it so a judge can have a good laugh,  Yes he would be laughing at how stupid you are....

That's odd--why would you be on this page and looking up this number only to berate the others, unless they had called you?  Hmmmm--are you not paying your 'stupid bills?"

It is not a valid collection agency.  I don't owe any company anything and I still get these calls every day.

That is a little harsh when you don't know the persons situation. People do have things go wrong in their life and they have not control over them. Not everyone is "lazy" and won't pay their bills. I hope that you never have this happen to you. I carried the same ideas until a horrible event struck my family. It truly humbled me an allowed a sense of understanding. I am still trying to catch up. I don't eat so my kids can. All in an effort to pay what is past due. Don't be so quick to judge people, it could happen to you one day.

If it was Capital One, I cannot say enough good things about them.  Being self employed it was necessary to put an insurance payment on this credit card.  Could not get insurance due to breast cancer.  When the second payment came due, instead of sending me a bill the insurance company put the next payment on the credit card without authorization.  This caused me to be over my limit and I started incurring late fees.  Capital One has worked with me in a hardship situation and now I am able to catch up by making installments.  I may have talked to 6 different people, and repeated myself 6 different times, but always with the same result. They worked with me and I kept them notified as to my financial situation.  I cannot say that about any other credit I ever had.

WHO OR WHAT IS NCO AND WHO DO THEY COLLECT FOR. SUCH JERKS JUST CALL AND LEAVE NO VOICEMAIL OR MESSAGE - I JUST IGNORE.  THEY CALL UNDER MANY NUMBERS. PERHAPS IF THEY GAVE UP ALL THE NUMBERS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TOCHARGE US SO MUCH MONEY ON FEES AND SUCH.
