wanted to let me know my car warranty was about to expire and they can extend it. They call several times a week. I've pushed the option to be removed from their list and they continue to call. My wife talked to them tonight and told them to quit calling and they hung up on her. They called back about 2 hours later and I asked to speak to a supervisor. They hung up on me. When I try to call back its always busy.

I have got about 50 calls from them asking about car warranty they start by a machine then you hit 1 then they ask you if your $NAME then they ask your year make and model of your car, if you say they should know that info they hang up or ask you for a id number you got in the mail ether way its a hang up, well today I got a call for one ring when I looked at the ID it said ""The Underground"", this scared me  pretty bad because I am very knowledgeable about computers, but more or less they are after your personal information don't give them crap.

I played a prank on them and they haven't called back. lol

this company has called several times saying this is the "final notice" and I have been asked to press #2 if I would like to be taken off this list and I always press #2, well they called again recently and I waited on the line to speak to a person and asked to be taken off the list and the person hung up on me.

The companies name is the Motor Vehicle Protection Corporation and they are based out of New Jersey. I would recommend to everyone to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC, they have forms online and numbers you cancall to complain.

It happened to me. I was going to play along and when they asked me what kind of car I drove, I told them I didn't own a car. They hung up.

Yep.  I'm getting called several times a week. This last time, I punched "2" to talk to someone.  The telemarketer picked up the computer hand-off and asked about the make, model and year of my car. My response: "I'll be happy to work with you on this, but first - please tell me who your company is, where you are located and who the owner of the company is."  Can you believe it?  They HUNG Up on me. The nerve of some people! You want to give them your business, along with your money - and they hang up!  Sigh!  Oh well.  [Smile/Smirk]

i've been getting the same call's for over 4 1/2 month's. i'm so tired of this i've done everything you's have all said.they hang up they do not stop! they even call on sunday's .there other #is 720-520-1267 or 702-520-1213 .i'm getting ready to call the police and if they can't do nothing for me i'm just going to disconnect my#.people say to get over it that there just working .but if they were a real company they whould respect what we want.there has to be someone who can help with this problem!i also might look to see what a lawyer can do . I 'm getting more info about this company! if anyone no's anything what else to do please let me no thank you!

I get a call from this company also.  On the id it came up Underground, they call me all the time.  Most of the time it is on my machine.  It is crazy. I will check with the better business bureau and see if something can be done.

no msg left continous calls

I got repeated calls from them, up to ten minutes a day on my answering machine.
I was home once when they called and finaly got connected to human who started requestig personal financial information to "confirm my ID", either to buy their product or to be taken off their list.
When I did not go along I was cursed in Russian Yiddish and hung up on.

This seems to be a phishing or identity theft scam combined with phone black mail, they will continue to harrass you until they extort your credit card info from you.

They keep calling, I either don't answer, or hang up [when ID just says incoming call]... They say my car warranty is about to expire...I say, 'my car is over 20 years old...It's about time'...But of course it is a recorded message, and they can't hear me....

Wish I could reach out and touch them through the phone lines [real personal like]...!!!!!

Oh yes, I'm very familiar with this company. I have told them EVERY night for over a week to stop calling us we are not interested. I have been called names by one of their representative (a moron) because I did not want to fall for their scam, etc. Last call a few minutes ago I finally got the actual name of the company but they refused to provide the number. I think I'll be contacting my friendly attorney to send them a nice little letter informing them of the impending harassment suit that is to follow if they don't stop calling!

What was the prank?  Please tell me.

I was contacted by these people and called freakin [***]!I have tried everything I can to get on the no call list but have been unsuccessful.
