Yes. Threatening me for arrest if I don't pay money today for a debt that isn't even mine.

You will NOT be arrested even if you did owe money.  The caller is hoping to scare you into paying.  ONLY a written document showing the company, dates, amounts due, etc. that is MAILED to you is the official notification.  Phone calls, emails, faxes & texts are NOT.  It is also illegal to make threats (arrest).  Report the to your state attorney general's office and do not pay them!  Demand the written proof I mentioned and wait for the excuses & meaningless threat to begin.

Yes! Threatening me that if I don't call I will be charged with a felony. I've never received any written notification from any source stating such a thing.

Threatned with felony fraud charges if we didn't pay now. I filed a police report and was told from this person you will just see the truth when you are arrested. Wow!
