Robo that left VM saying “deliberate ignorance will be considered intentional intent of non appearance “

Says it is Social Security. Then says if you ignore the call it will be willful ignorance and you could be punished if you don't call back. When I called back the person answered and said it was social security administration. I could barely understand a word they said (english was not 1st language clearly) While I have no problem with an immigrant having a job in the federal government at all. I do think that maybe if that job required you to answer the phones and talk to citizens about their social security, they would probably pick someone that could be understood. I could be wrong, but I went with my gut and said this is a scam. I guess we will know if I am locked up for willful ignorance, although if I am I won't be able to update this and let you know.
