Some kind of robo call, poor message recording rattling off a toll free number.

Garbled robocall.  Called back,  answered "IRS", sounded like scanners,  hung up when I pressed them.

They called said sending the police
Constant calls

Called and left voicemail that was poorly put together jumble of robotic wards saying if I did not call back I would be avoiding assistance in a criminal prosecution. When I called back there was a man with a thick accent but the phone quality was so poor I could hardly understand him.

Robo voicemail with bad sentence structure, saying avoid the call is a federal offense, however. I usually dont answer calls when my phone pulls it up as "scam likely"

Robocall, threatening of persecution if you don't call back. This type of calls has increased in frequency the last month, unknown to me if the law  enforcement are taking any actions . Sounds like impersonation of a law enforcement agency.
