This man called and left a message, saying he was Officer James Anderson with the IRS, He told me to call him ASAP before i get arrested. He says I owe the IRS money.

IRS phone scam  look up IRS phone scams on line and on you tube it will show how this scam works. They are useing a spoof number trying to scare people by lieing saying final notice jail time lawsuit they even acted like a fake officer to me. I reported them more people have to to the FBI or the police new paper warn older people they might belive it.

Received a call from this number - person identified themselves as Dave Anderson with the IRS and advised us we were being sued for tax evasion and tax fraud and we must call back immediately. Funny thing was "Dave" has a thick Indian accent, you could barely understand him and we have always paid our taxes on time. Wait - could this be a scam?????

That it is, expect it in the mail, not by phone.

James Anderson saying I'm about to be arrested for federal tax evasion , this is obviously a scam as I have went through 3 federal background checks in the last 6 months 2 for fire arm purchase and 1 for conceal carry license

Exactly the alleged Officer James Anderson --with a heavy foreign accent-- called to my business number twice today. The same IRS scam.

Well then come arrest me. I have had back ground checks all last year. So bring it to my house.
