Calls but says nothing when the phone is answered.

Got a call from this number, so I called back and got a message that the number is not in service.  

Just got a call from this number, immediately called back and the number was not in service

Received call from this number today. Feel it's a scam. Doesn't let you call back number.

Caller had an Indian accent hard to understand but started talking about a problem with my computer. Hung up knew it was a scam, same number called back almost immediately, but had wireless caller add the ID this time. Did not answer.

I did not answer the phone but they are using or faking a DC (202)

Person keeps calling claims to be from microsoft

Say they are from computer server company and my computer is sending out spam and if I go in front of the computer they will help me fix it.  Very difficult to understand. I said I didn't have a computer and hung up.

called and called right back and number out of service, was wireless number it said

Same guy wanting to let me know my microsoft computer has a security problem and that it needs to run a program. I have a Mac. I have asked for his manager and an address to report him to BBB and he gets upset but doesn't give info. Try calling and only get a busy signal. This guy/company should go to jail for harassment.
