Called three times between 10:54 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Left message each time that IRS was filing a suit against me and to call that # back.  SCAM! I do not file nor do I need to as I am on disability.

someone called from this number and said the IRS has been trying to reach us as they filing a lawsuit against us, this has to be a scam our taxes are filed in and we deal exclusively with Austin TX, through our accountant.

Apparently the IRS filing a lawsuit against me!

The IRS will not call, they will send you a certified letter.  This is a scam.

Called 3 times in a 4 hour frame left messages said IRS filing a law suit. Definite scam!!

This number called my elderly mother yesterday, she answered 1 time and then they proceeded to call 7 more times.
They asked for her bank account information and her social.  She did not give them any information.  She knew it was a scam!

Beware off this IRS SCAM  here a number to report them 1800 366 4484 fight back so others will not get scammed these people are useing a spoof number Google IRS SCAM  I got the same calls from a voice mail saying it was my final notice and a lawsuit  after I talk to this idian guy the stuff he he said about the cops are coming to my house in 45 min to lock me up this person passed the phone to some one acting like a officer read me fake charges fake badge number fake case number they are looking for people they can scare by lieing about the cops coming and people get afraid this a scam call the cops or report them to the I put up.
