Your money is lost.  You were scammed by Indian scammers.  There's no way to find them.

Go back to the company that issued the payment instruments and make a complaint.   In some cases they will refund your money but in most cases not.  Greendot Money Pak money is gone.  Western Union the same.  Report the fraud anyway.  CC cards might be reversible by your bank  for fraud.

This is a common scam.

Simple.  They're trying to scare people into sending them untraceable money.  Usually by green dot money pak.

also received a call from 202 800 7731.
i called them back and harrassed a middle eastern man wanting my information.  
until he told me i wuz crazy and hung up on me !!  lmao  

Person is claiming to be from the IRS and we need to return the call immediately or have our attorney return the call. " Do not disregard this call or there will be criminal something. the aqccent was so heavy i had a hard time understanding

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CLIFF JOHNSON 1 202 800 7731. SAID THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE DO YOU IGNORE THE CALL. IF YOU DO NOT CALL BACK. I can only wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you. I will call irs on friday. Who are these people.

if you applied for various loan services like I did, unfortunately, these d****, these jobless, lifeless, bored d**** will harass you about an Imaginary payment you owe them(mine never got approved) an imaginary lawyer who wants to sue you, and an imaginary cop trying to arrest you. IT ITSNT REAL!!!! TRUST ME!!!!
SIGNS OF THIS SCAM...
1. THIS CRAZY NUMBER...+1 (202) 697-9849 OR Something like IT.
2. A THICK PAKISTAN, OR ARABIC SOUNDING VOICE
3. UNPROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR
4. I DARE YOU TO TELL THEM THAT WHAT THEYRE DOING IS A SCAM, I BET THEY WILL HANG UP!!! WORKS EVERY TIME. :)

I had the same voice mail, is was breaking up as he left it, had a hard time making it out & his name, said it was personal, & wished me good luck if I diden't get back. I erased it by accident & phone company coulden't (CenturyLink) retreve it. :-(   I am in MPLS. MN.)

I received a call from a lady who said she was from IRS & It was important that I pay the money now, she had a bad accent, I told her I couldn't talk because I had to leave, she told me I had to call 1-202-809-9356, sounded bogus. Then I was left a voice mail from a guy with a strong accent, it was breaking up as he left it, had a hard time making it out & his name, He told me "To call 1 202 800 7731. it was personal, time sensitive, and if didn't call back, I can only wish you luck as the situation unfolds on you. I erased it by accident & phone company(CenturyLink) couldn't retrieve it. :-(   I am in MPLS. MN.)

These calls are not coming from the IRS or anywhere else in the US government.
