someone called with name of anthony and said case was for check fraud and i should call

some one called me from this number re- check fraud, does anyone know who the company is?

Someone called me too re: check fraud.  I hardly ever write checks and have an excellent credit score.  I am not calling them back.

I received a call from this number by a guy named James Morgan about check fraud. I have not wrote a check in over four years and do not deal with banks at all.

This number is coming from the Federal Prison in Washington DC.. someone named James Morgan.. gives you case ID for a fraudulent check you have not paid but he also has phone numbers to your relatives and tells them that you are in jail or headed to jail. The number is GPS linked to a place in Italy called Strada per Doss Serra (192265373). It is not legitimate because I don't write checks and he called my brother-in-law who I have never ever use as a reference for anything. My question is what documentation would someone like this have to have to scare my family and to threaten me. And for what? I sure won't pay for something I didn't do.

got the same call! is this for real? will they ba able to harm me and my family.
