202-827-0824 has called and left two messages.  Claim to be someone prosecuting for check fraud. Comes up Weinberg Cockran on caller ID. They tell you to govern yourself according and good luck as they threaten you.  I called back and told them what I thought of them. They transferred me to another person who tried to be tougher. Tried to say my bank acct at Wachovia-which I do not have (attempt to get my bank name), then rattled off a SSN which thankfully was not mine. Again, their attempt to gain information. Had my friend who works at the Sheriff's office give them a call. They would not say much to him but he told them he strongly advised they do not call me anymore. Tried to report to FTC but website is difficult to report.
