Thisis an automated number stating check fraud yet I do not write checks and the I need to call them with an attorney

Got call stating fraud checks, need an attorney, going to jail...etc.  Why are their people out there like this?

got the same call saying that she's from the fraud and worthless check division. I don't even have a checking account.

I recieve the same call, saying that they are from the fraud and worthless check division, and they are going to have my pick up, i dont even know what she is talking about. I dont even write checks. Then she was rude and i ask to speak to a manager ,then she hung up on me. I tried to call the number back and it is out of order, so if they are a business as such why is it saying the number can not be completed is dialed. Somebody need to stop these people.

My mother in law received a call from a "Karen Glass" calling from fraud and worthless check division for my husband, so she called him and gave him the info to call them. They told him that if he didnt pay them 1,000 by the next day they were gonna issue a warrant for his arrest, well my husband calls me and tells me he was gonna pay them. I was mad and said no you are not that payday loan they were trying to get him to pay was in our bankruptcy and it is illegal for them to try to collect because our bankruptcy was discharged in Oct of 2012 and we are still protected under the court. I even call my attorney and he said that if the calls dont stop we can sue them for harassment because they are not to be contacting us knowing that account was in our bankrupcty. They are a bunch of scam artists that are nothing but scum. It makes me mad that there are these type of people that are to lazy to get a real job so they try scamming people that have real jobs besides sitting on their lazy butts threatening people. I called the number back they must screen the calls because after I yelled at they lady and she hung up on me I kept calling and they would pick up and hang up on me and then I blocked my number and it goes to a voicemail for Nancy Blackwell.

Everything noted above from previous post is the exact thing that was said to me.... You cannot find any information on them and hey will not give any information of their company.. Erica Martin is the one calling. I googled the number and no address came up and they try to get you to send money via money gram... I also asked to send me something showing the fees and they would not do that either! I see there is alot of scam of this type issue and I am glad I came and did my research before becoming one of those people.
