What blatant attempt to get me to call back so they could perpetrate a scam of some type. Scam!!
Block all calls from numbers not in your contacts, no court is going to call you about a case, they would notify you by registered mail, or have a local law enforcement agency in your town to serve you papers. Scammer are always hoping to scare you into returning a call so they can glean personal information from you, they mean to scare you into calling back.
