    Like Yoda says: No.
    You will be asked to pay some sort of fee or "tax" up front to get your "loan". They will demand payment by gift cards or Western Union and as soon as you pay, the callers will disappear.  The same scam is used by crooks claiming you qualify for a Grant.

    I received a call from this # and it was a recording that said to accept the free grant I was awarded for $11,300 from the federal government to call back to #202-827-5197! I googled the # and saw everyone else's comments and they went along with my thoughts and its a scam as I figured it was!!
