(202) 827-6804 (treasury) telling me to give them a money confirmation number that I was about to receive and some info so I told them I knew this was a scam come on a call from Egypt the messed all my info up that they thought they had but I played along I called the number and was sent to a answering machine I hung up I called back and a lady answered the phone and said u.s treasury so I told her why I was calling and she proceeds to tell me that she needs my date of birth and the date I filed my taxes so I cut her off saying "I know this is a scam I already looked up the area code "202" and was already informed about the fraudulent activities so I know all of y'all are trying to get me" so this heffa cuts me off to say " MA'AM CAN YOU PLEASE CALL BACK I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT CALL TO ANSWER" I asked her why are you getting so mad? Oh is it because I called you out about being a scam artist telling me I was rewarded $9,000 dollars from the government for who tf knows" and after that my iPhone beeps "beep beep beep"

Just received the same call.  But he told me I would get a grant for $5,000 if I called the 202-827-6504 and gave them the Grant confirmation number he gave me.  I would then receive the "cash grant" today.  I wish the Government did operate this way!!  But I do know that they do not.
Further, the only way I could receive it today would be to give them my account number for direct deposit ... but believing this to be a scam, I am not going to give that to him!!  He might steal my $2.98 that I have in my account!!!

I just got that call too, again. I hung up the first time and they've called again. I know it's got to be a scam!!
