My caller ID showed an Unknown number with no message left.  Therefore, that = telemarketers, scammers or fake bill collectors.  Most of these are "robo calls using spoofed numbers," with many using your local area codes.  NEVER give or verify personal, credit card, bank or financial information to ANYONE who makes an unsolicited or “cold” call to you!!!  I "block" these numbers if they keep calling.  I also "Blacklist" any supposed charity that uses telemarketers or calls me because so many of the calls are just frauds.  I recently resorted to turning off the ringer on on my phones so they can't annoy me anymore.  ALSO, VERIZON is showing this number as Spam.
