Caller ID for 202-860-3244 states "Illegal SCAM" which is probably true.

Caller ID said WASHINGTON DC.  Didn't leave a voicemail.  I get calls from the 202 area code quite frequently.  I always block the number afterward, but then a week or so later, they just call back from another 202 number.  I don't quite understand why they don't just leave a voicemail if they want to talk with me THAT bad.  If it's something important I would most certainly call them back to follow up?  Seems kind of childish to just keep calling a number and hanging up like a 13 year old juvenile delinquent.  Maybe some day the telemarketing POlice will catch up with them and find out why they've been doing this for so long to so many people.
