He also uses the number 503-468-6389 among others.  Prefers to make his crank calls around 8-9AM - that's probably when his Mom goes to get the paper.

Please do not ever reply or pay money to these guys. They all are scammers. They says if I don't pay the money then they'll send the cops at my doorstep to arrest me. Then I called one of my friend who's cop and I told him everything. He called that scammer and what he did, he just came to us and started abusing. Please do not ever pay money over the phone.
