IC  Systems .... collection agency for the University of Phoenix ... they have quite an elaborate phone number spoofing system, every time they call it is a different area code and number ... is that completely legal ?

This name has been calling 3 times a day for a week! they are relentless!

They are right on top of calling to collect, however, they are not too good at sending me the info I requested in order to pay them. They will send a bill but no proof that you owe the debt .... that's required by the feds.

They called my wife's cell.  She once went to that school.  However she paid what she owed.

I get calls from them 2-3 times a day and from all different area codes. I called to settle the claim and the woman first couldn't find my file or record.. Second she had very poor telephone etiquette. three asked all my information about 4 times and did not know how to spell very well. She asked me 3 times how to spell mechanic , as that was the name of my street address. I thought after that I want proof that I owe this and the original amount that money and interest accumulated over time. I am still waiting.

Constant calls from this no twice a day please stop!

call twice a day everyday, never leave a VM. it's getting rediculous
