Here is a message you will received. I called them back and ask him are you working for government agency internal service. He said yes. Hmm we have to report this.

This is officer Daniel Wiseman calling you from the legal department of internal revenue services. This is in reference to a criminal law suit filed against you your case number is c F 93271 the moment you receive this message. I need you to return the call the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive the hotline to my desk is 202-888-5246. I repeat. It's 202-888-5246 don't disregard this message do return the call now if you don't return the call, and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye.

Received a nasty voicemail from this number several times. Daniel Wiseman claims to be from the legal department of the IRS with a case number cf93271 of a criminal case brought against me. Message states that if he does not hear from me or my attorney immediately, then he can only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. That's a threat! I'm reporting to the AG's office.

I got the same massage yesterday about 10:00 am with the same file number. I know this is a scam, tried to call back anyway to play with them and tie up there line for awhile line always busy or wrong number Dialed.

Just got the call LOL. I asked for criminal code number I am violating. Daniel Wiseman gave me a code. I told him that wasn't a criminal code, he gave me another, also not listed under criminal codes. I asked if he was aware that IRS is not criminal but civil, he said that was his mistake and apologized. After about 10 mins of playing games I told him to file a lein on my home and it could be paid after I sold home or died. He hung up.

My friend has been receiving the same threatening phone calls.

They said they were from irs I told him to kiss my [***] and he said some VERY nasty things such as he will put something somewhere and I am a dirty [***] and so on so on.

Got a phone call from 202-888-5246 saying a criminal lawsuit filed agains me and to call them back.  I am not in any kind of trouble. I want these calls to stop.

This message is coming on my sons phone.  Says he owes $5000 and they've filed a lawsuit against him.  Taxes due from 2010 to 2015.  He hasn't earned $5000 in his entire life, how could he owe it?  SCAM CALL!!  Plus the IRS doesn't call they send letters.

Mr. Wiseman (He's not too wise lol) also left me a voicemail. I have the identical tax case number as you do A M Truax!!!!

This number keeps calling me 202-888-5246.  Its a scam

Rec'd automated message from "IRS" citing criminal case # CF93271. Spoke to Daniel Wiseman who gave me the speech about blah blah blah and I told him my dad worked for IRS and this was a scam. He stuttered a bit and then admitted it was a scam. Read previous post by IRS agent. They do not call you- all correspondence is via mail.

Scam....It was an automated machine telling me that I had a criminal lawsuit.  The funny thing it's the same case number as everyone else: Case Number CF93271

I have the same case number also. What a joke.

I looked up the number and found this site. Thanks for the info. Is there anyone I can report this to ?

Does not identify who it is but says there is a lawsuit pending call right away
