Received a call from some foreigner saying he was an officer with Social Security.  I asked him questions as to who or why was he calling.  He hung up, I tried to call him back, he kept hanging up....so I blocked him and the number.  This is the message he left me "We have decided to suspend it and issue the new one to you in order to get more details on it. I want you to give me a call back on my department call back number which is 202-888-5943". IT'S A SCAM

An East Indian speaking person stayed his names was officer james, he’s calling from SSI fraud. I forced him to tell me what his address was and he gave me the address to the IRS 1100 Constitution Ave.  I called this number back so many times to annoy them they put MY number on call block.  Just start calling that number back every minute and they will block you.
