Got unsolicited message supposedly from UBER

Same. Something about an Uber code.

Just got an authorization code for Uber from this phone number. Very suspicious.

Must be fake from the responses here. Don't click the link. Change your password from uber.com.

Also got an Uber code from this number! Very suspicious text. Blocked

I got the same message and I don't even have an Uber account.

I just received a call from a supposedly uber customer care stating that my last customer said I wasn't wearing a mask then asked meto do a double verification. He wanted the verification code that he just sent to my phone. When it didn't go through he said God saved you today I said excuses me he repeated himself then he called me a disrespectful [***] and said he was going to violate me either way.

Had that code gone through they would have accessed your account.

Still circulating … I received two texts three minutes apart, the second being from this number.  Same message, but only the second one noted to reply “stop”.

TEXT messages with Uber Codes on my alternate TEXT NOW number. This is a scam for sure.

I was on Uber app today trying to access some personal data regarding my Uber trips when I received a text from this number that included an Uber code to use.  I ignored text. Very suspicious.

Then why are you here? Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?
