Calls several times a day never leaves a message

Thank you for the 800 number
 I called and spoke with a polite lady.  I told her to take my number off of their list.  I hope it works.

I answered the phone.  They asked for me by name, and asked if I would like to renew my magazine subscription.  I told them my company handles that for me.  They thanked me for my time and hung up.

Same deal as the folks above. Sounds like a boiler room with sounds in the background, but nobody talked. I told them they had 5 seconds to convince me to talk to them, and then counted it out.  Then hung up. Apparently they are  Lester, Inc., 10 Business Park Dr., Suite A, Branford, CT  06405.

CID shows LESTER INC, the first time they ever called it was a couple of
people goofing off and laughing, too busy to answer the phone, and you
could hear the call center chatter in the background and so I hung up
and have been hanging up on them ever since.  I answered the phone the
other day and it was a very polite woman and she was doing updates on
magazine subscriptions so I told her I would update them through the
website and that was it.

Unwanted telephone calls - looks like telemarketing - lester.inc.

This is an unwanted call - need to stop.

I've had several missed calls from this number.  Usually they leave a short blank message.  Today's message was strange though.  The man on the other end of the line sang a short song that went something like this: "...and cash, so I can see some ass.  So bored I could choke myself-".  Very strange.

Got a voicemail at work from this number today. The message was a woman heaving a really big sigh and then it hung up. No clue what that was all about!

KEEPS CALLING, DISREGUARDS DO NOT CALL, CALLS AT ALL HOURS

I get daily messages at my work VM from this number.  Usually consists of heavy breathing, background noise, and short unintelligible mumbling before hanging up.  Very annoying!  It's been happening literally every single day for over three weeks now.

Called a few times over the last few days. I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

Thanks everyone for the heads up.  I have blocked this phone number from calling our company.  Why do I get so much pleasure from blocking callers?  Because phone solicitation is so last century!  Unfortunately, places like this change their number, so the whack-a-mole game continues...

Most business days, I will receive one to five calls from Lester Inc.  Only once was their a live person on their end of the call. This morning, I received 3 calls in a row with no one on their end of the phone line.  Very frustrating. I have left a vm at
203-481-8212 asking them not to call or have a live rep on the line.  So unprofessional.

2nd call from them that I picked up on 3rd ring, just before the answering machine would kick in, wondering if they would speak.  They asked to speak to my husband by name and the first call I simply said NO and hung up, last night I just hung up.

This company has phoned my office repeatedly asking for someone who doesn't take those type of phone calls, and insists that they need to update our address for some publication we do not subscribe to or purchase ad space with.

Try this:  find out which publication you they are calling about, go to publication website, find someone you do business with and threaten them with loss of your business.
