Phone survey about raising the legal drinking age in Manitoba. Phone call was very choppy, so I didn't catch who it was from, but probably the Provincial government.

Just called my cell phone...   I never answered.

What's the deal with pest calls to cell phones?  I have unlimited minutes, but this can chew up minutes for those who don't.

I missed the call, listened to the message, it was also choppy and not s full message. Hearing only,"City Hall."

(Implies that this is only going to cell phones.)

Wife just got a call on her cell from this number. Didn't answer. No message left. Google flags it as "suspected spam".

This number keeps calling and calling and leaving a blurb of message that I cannot understand. So frustrating!

didn't pick up but when I called back it says "tel city halls" asking for a public policy questions

I received a call last from this number it repoerted something about a "survey". I hung up. Received a call again next morning, it sounded like a pre recorded message in a Asian language?

I never answered keeps calling says its from allstream.
