Phoned me at 8:30 in the morning, First warning (no business phones this early.)
had a hold message that sounded much like most debit collectors. Please hold for an important business matter. Than again in hesitant french. Second warning,(this is a residence not a business)
After waiting on hold for aprox. 2 min the call disconnected.
I suspect this is to get people to call back and rack up service charges.

It is a collection agency and calls from many numbers with 204 area code...

Debt collector

I got the call from the same number, and it seems like a debt collector, but the weird thing is, I don't even have a bank account!  As far as I know, it's a scam.
