Seems to be yet another scam, about taking legal action.

Another scam, purportedly from CRA, threatening legal action.

Same as James. Trying to pose as the Canada Revenue Agency and saying ONLY to call them back at that number. Yeah, THAT seems legit! ;)

I received a call from this number and the caller left the following message:
(Sounded like: "I received" or "I have") "your name for tax evasion and tax avoidance. I want you or your attorney to give us a call back on 204-318-6608. I repeat, the call back number to the headquarters of the Canada Revenue Agency is 204-318-6608. Kindly do not disregard this message and call us back at immediate notice. Thank you."
The caller had an Indian accent.

Sound like scam. He has Indian accent. I answered the phone but he pretend he is a robot call and I called back with blocked number and same person answered by saying, "investigation division of Canada revenue agency 204 318 6608 hello"

Same voicemail left on phone.First part of message cut off.

Random call! CRA will not call yoi directly. Says I shouldn't disregard this call. I would have been served by now, if the CRA was looking to take action against me. Go luck, James!  And my taxes go to St.Johns NFLD, because I live somewhere in Atlantic Canada, not in Manitoba.
