Call it a prank call because it certainly wasn't a legit telemarketer. Pre-recorded message didn't even put a name to the voice (usually Heather or Rachel).at Card Services. Usual credit card rate reduction scam. I make it a point to press the number to talk to a live body (just to burn up their time and keep them from annoying someone else). When they ask for my card number, I asked for them to prove who they are -purportedly the company name is Card (Holder) Services they gave me the street address (for City Hall in Orlando, FL) and a call-back number of 407-986-5439. When I said 'So, let me pick up my other phone and get you on that line", he hung up. (had 'em going for over four minutes)

Called my DNC registered landline. No voicemail.

Called a second time the same minute.agan no voicemail. Must be a telemarketer with the persistent calls.

Also called my other phone line just seconds earlier on Tuesday  November 1, 2016 at 850 AM.

SCAMMER calls on both lines almost simultaneously and I answered both at my desk station.
Both SCAM call messages were identical it was credit card services wanting to lower my interest.
Pressed 1 on both lines as I wanted to have the 2 SCAMMERS talk to each other and try to SCAM each other,
but unfortunately was placed on hold and gave up waiting around 4 minutes.

too bad they did not come of hold it would have been hilarious !!!

205-267-7159 - Recorded message offers lower credit card rates, but this is NOT your credit card company or any other honest company. Press 1 and waste their time, then report the call to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. Even if you are not on the DNC list you can report this illegal use of robo calls playing recorded messages. Please report at least some of them because the more reports the FTC gets the sooner they shut them down. Just hanging up doesn't hurt the scammers. Report them.

Repeat scammer. I played their game and to speak to the name on the spoofed CID. Man with thick Indian accent abruptly hung up. Will block if it continues.

Need to add, name is the same, he changes his number time to time. Really, all the time.

And at same time they called my other phone line just seconds later on Wednesday  November 2, 2016 at 1140 AM

I answered both calls almost at same time and put the receivers together as I had both live SCAMMERS on the phones - a female on first call and male on the other. Told them OK SCAMMERS now SCAM each other, talk about your SCAMMING day, tell each other how your like to be criminals. I had to laugh out loud and went to both phones and asked them "how do you like it SCAMMERS."
They must have realized they were SCAMMED cause neither was there.
It was hilarious exactly what I wanted to do to the SCAMMERS on Tuesday.

the female must have called back with yet another robocall on my phone from   631-517-4300 caller ID said "Unknown name" on Wednesday  November 2, 2016 at 1142 AM. Answered and no one was there.

call came in from Alabama, pressed the "1" to speak to a live person.  He went through his speel.  When I told him I actually just wanted to be take don whatever list he has me on I was asked " Why did you waste my time?" I was quiet on the line, I said "WOW", then all I hear is " Shut up, shut up [***]" then he hung up.
