I got a callat 1:53 pm saying they were doing a survey of the hospital in my county and how many people in my family have visited the hospital and what departments in the hospital and then abruptly hung up.....gezzzzzzzz

Received a telephone call from 205-995-4226 trying to return the call but apparently this number has a block for incoming call.  Caller ID registered J L Morgan but the number seems to belong to Natalie Godart.

same number called me 6:30 pm-i didn't answer and no message was left.

Gotten 3 phone calls just this morning. Hang up left no message. Try to call back and only get a busy signal. Wish they would stop or leave a message!
Doesn't come up on call reversal.

Got a call at 11:09 from this same number asking me about a certain procedure I had last Thursday and had all of the details. Said they wanted to ask me questions about the hospital, nurses, and doctor. I'm just wondering how they have this information with me paying for it myself with no insurance involved!

I have been receiving phone calls from that number atleast four times a day at all differant hours and when i call back it is always busy! I got the number blocked but i still wonder why they bother calling when no message is ever left and the phone call cannot be returned....

I looked them up and they are a healthcare patient satisfaction evaluation company. They are probably contracted by either the hospital or insurance co we has used in the last couple weeks. My hubby had to go to emergency and then was admitted. This is simlar to what Mayo has done in the past - wish that either the hospital or ins company would have informed us the call would be coming. Mayo had notified us we would be contacted.

Received a call on my cell at 1:40 pm, no message and no caller id.

Received call on 7-29-09.  I believe this hospital is St. Vincent's East (which is formerly known as Medical Center East in Birmingham, AL.)  Besides surveys, they could also be trying to collect debts incurred.  I owe them from 6 months ago and highly doubt they've waited this long to have me complete a survey.

Received a couple of calls in the last few days from this same number. As with the other posts, the caller hung up on the answering machine without leaving a message.

Received call this morning. I haven't been to St Vincent as a patient, however, I do know someone that delivered a baby there. I got a busy signal when calling it back, they left no message. If this is a survey company, they are unprofessional.

Unprofessional would be leaving any details about a medical procedure on your answering machine. I can see why they don't.

Received call, couldn't answer in time. We had a baby last week (and not at any of the hospitals, or states, listed above) and this must be our survey call. Thanks everyone for the posts, now I know why they are calling when they call back.

This number called just 30 minutes ago and asked for the parents of my 10 year old sister..She was in the ER a couple of weeks ago, but we have never gotten these calls before..I have a lot of problems and am in the ER quite often and never get this call.

Got a call at around 8:15am. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. From reading below, sound like they are a hospital survey company??? Family member has had a lot of hospitalizations this year so this could be possible but dont' know for sure.

rec'd call from this number 1:30pm, no message left. Irritating because I sleep during the day. Didn't even bother calling back.

really annoying caller, calls all time of day or night never leaving message.i did have a stay at st. vincents recently was a very pleasant hospital an staff. but could really use this rest time ..dont need these annoying calls.

just received a call from this number. When I answered no one replied on the other line.

10;59 am  today.  no voice message. ID says JL Morgan and-205-995-4226 is number.   annoying!
