Yep, it's Pacific Northwest Ballet.  They just called me.

After several months of annoying calls (thank goodness for auto-reject) I finally called the number....Pacific Northwest Ballet Patron Sercvices Offices. Called PNB business office @ 206.441.9411and spoke with Cheryl. She took my name and phone number and said she would pass this to the person in charge of marketing, Leah.

Please take me off the phone list.

They call probably every other month? Never leave a message. I love the ballet and have purchased tickets from them before so I don't need extra marketing. They just called me at almost 9pm-- that has to be outside the window of acceptable times to call for telemarketing.

Annoying, but I think it's permissible. They're (presumably) a non-profit, and you've done business with them before :-/

2, what happened that made your grandmother think she "might have been scammed"?

Unwanted calls every month. If I want to buy ballet tickets I can contact the ballet office I dont need to be called every month.
