Obviously a SCAM got exact same message that my credit card has been charged $399  North Truro MA  Cape Cod this evening around 6 PM

Same 399. Message.. hung up

Says I've been charged 399.00 for tech support...i don't own a computer.

Calling our house constantly. They keep leaving a message tellung us they are going to charge us 399.00 for tech support.

Wanted me to call back to get charge removed from my credit card. First, I don’t use credit cards and second, I don’t have  a personal computer.  I only use my phone and work computer. Called the number and spoke to a very rude Indian accented person when i asked for their business information. I asked for his personal informational and wow, he wouldn’t even give me his correct name or his address. What a joke they are. Many people, especially the elderly, will fall for these calls. I hope somehow that investigations into these calls will lead to prosecutions and prison time for the scumbags that make the calls and the companies behind them will be prosecuted as much as possible to the maximum penalties givrn with restitutions being provided. But I doubt anything will be done.

A robotic voice left the following message: “Your card has been charged 399.00 dollar for 1 year PC tech support. If you would like to cancel the subscription and get you money back then please call back now at 206-462-3458. I repeat 206-462-3458. Thank you.” The caller id shows up as Seattle, WA 1-206-462-3458. I did not call them back.

Called back after automated voice message was left.from three different numbers.asked what company it was calling me. They responded microsoft help decks....strong Arabian accent. They want to refund for my purchase. I said they are fraudulent and that they owe me a laptop they fried and they should stop what they are doing....i called back another number got same guy now claiming hes with a refund department and he doesnt need my card just to get on my computer and i said he could email whatever i would print and mail paperwork in he argued that they already have all my information email card personal info than asked for me to hang on line when i told him to f off he then said listen here m f er as i hung up. .....they keep calling and its been three yrs from unused and random numbers from N.Y. to WI. To blocking as private callers. I record all calls with superback up app. Laptop is still unusable. Wish Microsoft would figure out a system or app or something to stop these scammers and annoying calls. Or i need to change my number ive had for 15 yrs.

no message and no caller id.  if there was a message to be left they couldn't get through my call blocker to do so. i can only laugh.

Same asian call "dollar" no "s". I never answer calls, i let phone record it.

I  am also being called from this number with same threat to take $$ from my account, what account, I have reported it to the FTC, and tracked the # also to Seattle area

They are calling from microsoft. I am due a $399 refund for faulty security software I bought from Microsoft.  The guy was flustered by my statement that I don't own a computer. I guess the 10 mins that I kept him on the phone prevented him from scamming some innocent victim.

Left message similar to the others listed that they had charged my card and if I wanted a refund to call them back.
