said was IRS lawsuit said my name didn't match scam

I also got the robot call this morning about the lawsuit against me. I called the number, and a guy with a very heavy Indian accent told me that I am going to be handcuffed because of tax cheating. I told him that I want to talk to his supervisor, he said that I don't have the right to talk to his supervisor and hung up the phone. I called the number several times, but it had a busy signal. Than I googled the number, and very happy that I came across your information! Thank you! Whom  should I report this incident?

I also received this call, only once did it actually connect to the robo message. OF COURSE IT IS BOGUS. IF the IRS really wanted to contact you, for any reason it would be by mail or by human being and never by recorded message. Don't panic

We received a call from 206-462-5210...the message told us they were calling from the IRS, that we were filing a lawsuit against us...and that this would be the final warning, that we needed to call.  When we called this number it was always busy, I personally know that the IRS does everything by mail, but my husband who does not was the one who received this call and was in a panic.  Beware, these types of scams are happening far to often anymore...this one is a total scam!!

The same thing happened to me. She said the this the final notice and that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me but this is the first message I have received so how can it be the final?
