Received a call at 1:30p.  Caller ID said "Madison Park MU".  I did not answer.  No message left.

I have read reports by some that claim the call is coming from Amazon Help/Customer Svc. Do not respond to this call even if you need customer service from Amazon! The only time they call is if you call them first, and usually because no prior attempts to resolve your issue has worked. And, even if the problem has been escalated
to management, the first person on the call back will be the person you spoke to before, who will switch you to the supervisor. Or it will be a 3-way conference call. Phone calls with Amazon are the last resort, after exhausting all other online attempts at resolution. Don't be fooled!

As far as I can see on their help page, the only time Amazon will call you is when you ask for help and provide your phone number.  It does not matter if you tried to resolve it in any other fashion.

Two calls now, one on 05/06/19 at 12:52 pm and another on 05/07/19 at 9:17 am.  No idea what Madison Park MU is.  MU certainly is not a state code.  I might Google that name and see what pops up.  Meanwhile, we don't answer and we don't call them back.
