IRS scam...

Left message about IRS issue. It is well known scam. Just ignore this call.

I was told that there was an arrest warrant for my arrest from an IRS Agent

A recording about tax information we are hiding from the IRS urgently suggesting we call back. Hung up. Blocked number.

Called and left a message saying they were IRS and I owed back taxes. I called back to confront them and they hung up immediately.

Caller left computer generated message saying i was hiding income from the Fed IRS and to return the call immediately. I returned the call cause I knew it wasn't for me . The guy with a strong Indian accent says there is a warrant for my arrest then hangs up when I told him that was impossible and he must be a crazy person.

I had 3 calls yesterday all from this number, saying "There was a fraud and misconduct on your taxes which you are hiding from the federal government.  This needs to be rectified immediately so do return the call as soon as you get this message."  Earlier in the day it warned that I could be arrested.

I received a threatening phone call saying they were calling from the IRS and I had been cheating on my taxes. Gave me some bogus ID saying there was a local warrant for my arrest. I think they were fishing for information. i am not sure the purpose of the call

I received a first call from 206-508-5076, and a second call from 866-978-5672, it was the same computer generated voice message claiming to be a so-called "Officer Marcus Brown, from the IRS criminal investigation division" and threatened, "...fraud and misconduct on your tax which you are hiding from your taxes..."  and demanded a call back.

This is obviously a criminal scam.
