Neither number 206-519-6620 nor 877-227-0063 has a direct connection to this predatory debt collection agency and its personnel. Just, undisclosed call center tactics.  No doubt that people are receiving calls that identifies them, Convergent Outsourcing as the caller. Skip tracing is contacting ruthlessly all contacts that they've identified as associated through phone contact. This number calls our office several times a day. Every time we pick, no one is on the line. Very irksome.

Calls all the time, and asks for different people, that is if they don't hang up on you first after you answer, they are scammers, they are rude, and they won't take you off their call listen even if you are on the do not call list.

Had you taken the time to read what the DNC covers and doesn't cover when you signed up, you would have known that debt collectors (who do not sell anything) are not included.  Debt collectors have their own special law, and making them stop calling you is a simple matter.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Mine was comcast wanted same address  and or ss number never been with Comcast  also had first name wrong i called police made report

Third straight day of multiple calls. Each time a recording comes on saying please wait for the available rep, it is important we talk to you. Then the msg repeats and repeats and no one answers. The first call they did come on and said they wanted to talk to Mr Lutz. I said no one here by that name.. they hung up, now they call every day with no one on the line... can't the FCC and the DOJ do something?

Wanted my last 4 of social to continue conversation. Mentioned some company names I've never heard of.

Blocked on my cell and saved as "Don't Answer" on my desk phone.  If you answer them even once they will not stop calling you until you either tell them how to contact who they are looking for or pay the debt for them.  They are [***].  I had to press charges against them to get my company to block all incoming externally originated calls to my desk long enough for them to give up.  There needs to be a massive class action suit against the entire telecommunications industry to force them to clamp down on this.  They are the ones who invented and sold these jerks the technology to do what they are doing.
