poor guys are desperate for money!

I've received 15 calls so far from this number over the last four months.  I never pick up and they never leave a message.  They actually called twice today, once in the afternoon and once in the evening- annoying!

Ugh...I keep getting calls from them too.  Although I didn't know it was them until I googled their number and was directed to this site.  They are driving me nuts!  I subscribed to them a while ago and discontinued my subscription through email.  The papers stopped and the calls started. Annoying!!!!

This site is a Godsend. I don't want to use my day minutes talking to a telemarketer. I had been thinking about subscribing but won't now because it sounds like they will hound me forever if I quit them.

I received two calls from this number today - one at 2:49PM and one at 5:02PM - on my cell phone.  No message left.  We get calls from the Seattle Times frequently on our landline from a different number.  I'm really angry that they somehow got my cell number.  We have never subscribed to the paper and never will.

Yep, Seattle times just called me at 8:22pm. They have called repeatedly. ERR!

I received a third call from this number on my cell phone and called it back - it IS the Seattle Times subscription line.  I asked to be taken off their list, which they said they would do, and that it would take 3-5 days.  We'll see ...

I too had a sub for about a week, they couldnt seem to find my front door, it has been a battle for going on 6 months nowto get them to stop sending the papers out, I have gotten them to quit charging me for them, but I get tired of having to pick up their garbage out of my yard.  they have called me weekly ever since I told them that I am tired of hearing from them and asked them if they understand the word no.  so far everybody that I have talked to cant understand that I dont want their garbage.

Cancelled my subscription a week or so ago... started recieving calls from this number last week (1st week with no paper)... never answered, no message left.  Thanks for the info on who this number belongs to.  :)

Just got a call keep forgetting it's them! They billed me for my "free trial" bugged me until I paid it just to get rid of them, two weeks later got a check in the mail saying sorry for billing me I cashed it and a week later got a bill for that amount! After almost a year of calling and argueing with them and them promising me to fix it they keep calling saying I have a "30 dollar credit" due to the mixup! I told them I don't want their stupid credit and to leave me alone! and here I am again getting phone calls ON MY CELL PHONE FOR GOODNESS!

I live closer to The Oregonian or The Columbian newspapers (or better yet The Willamette Weekly!) and have NO interest in a seattle newspaper, yet I'm getting called several times per week by this number. Time to answer the phone and get a supervisor to remove my number from their stupid list.

Got a call after 8pm. Said they were the Seattle Times aand wanted to give me more Times papers at no extra cost (Just receive Sunday paper now)

I am getting this phone number again after a month of them calling 2x a day for 2 weeks. I have my cell phone on DNC. I refuse to answer the Seattle Times number. I should contact them and tell them DNC my number.

To Baba: DO NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER! It's a ripoff! They will bill you after the free trial as the papers will keep  coming and that's where they get you.

I've been receiving calls from this number for over a week now. The calls come at 1:40pm & 6:50pm consistently, so I assumed they were from an auto-dial system. No voicemail messages have been left. This is really annoying, but I am ignoring them.

I've also missed a bunch of calls from this number in the last couple weeks, with no messages left. I canceled my trial subscription to the Seattle Times just before the calls started (and had to fight to even get it canceled), so thanks for the info everyone! I'm going to complain to the Better Business Bureau.

I have continuously gotten calls from these people and have told them every time to put me on their do not call list and yet they continue to call and harrass me. The time before just recently I told them to put me on the dncl she said okay then continued her sales pitch! I thanked her for puting me on the dncl and hung up. I get a call today, the VERY next day and the person actually starts telling me off that I need to just let him do his job and that I was yelling at him and I needed to stop (I never yell on the phone because people can't understand you then, I always talk slowly and quietly so they can keep up). He made up numerous excuses as to why they keep calling (according to him they could have my UNLISTED number in their system up to thousands of times so they're allowed to call me all those times) and had the biggest attitude. Finally he says "I'm just going to hang up on you now". Yeeah, that's what I wanted from the begining, for you to hang up after I said don't call me again and then.. don't call me again! Yeesh.
Really wish there was something to be done about this.

This is a Scum Bag Collection Service! Chase Recevibles and are real [***].  I have had to threathen them to take them to the State. They are are out of control and will threaten you on the phone!

206-652-6285 this numbers been calling me everyday and i dont ever answer., everybody in this post is saying its seattle times, well i never signed up with them or even live in seattle.  So how in the hell did they get my number? and y r they keep calling me?
