This is a total scam. Slimy. The Gov't should arrest these people for trying to take advantage of unsuspecting citizens. Let's put them out of business. Hopefully everyone will google: 206-866-5900

Yes, they have been publicizing warnings every year for at least 5 years now.  Surprisingly, you seem to have never heard of the IRS scam.
