    Lisa, Why, oh WHY, would you even call them back? These are criminals. The IRS may call you, but will NEVER call to say such things as "You are in trouble" or that you are being sued, taken to court, being served papers or that the police/courts are being notified.  That is the hallmark of a liar, cheat, criminal and scammer.  Block these dipwads and NEVER EVER call them back.
