same, i got a call no message

I got this call but not answer. They didn't leave any message. It's telling me is first they want to know as if my number is active or not then they will scam me later. And if I try to call back they will use my infos to sale it online for mailing list. Therefore, if someone has something for sale online such as Craiglist and get a reply said : please send me more infos to my personal email address... (outside Craiglist web site) or : I will pay you more than what you asked for with a cashier check deposit to your bank before I send my MOVER to pickup .... basically those are scam. They just want to know where is your address, phone number and email so they can make it as a list for sale online.
Don't reply to any of these types of email or text message with your personal email address. Don't give out your phone number and residential address as well.
Just reply and tel them go f**ck themselves.

Call identified as Washington state - didn't recognize it and didn't answer. A recorded voicemail was left saying that I 'wouldn't believe this amazing offer' to get $10,000 in my pocket every week.  Yep. Don't believe it. Added to my growing list of blocked numbers.
