Got a call from 206-866-5823. Man with American accent seemed surprised I answered then made up a name to ask for I informed him he had the wrong number and he quickly hung up. I looked the number up and it belongs to Global Crossings. Some reviewers said they do everything from tell you about fake grants to pretending to be law enforcement officers attempting to collect a debt. I suspect they call numbers, listen for the name on the voicemail, and once it's obtained call back and ask for you by name and start their SCAM ACTIONS! This explains callers from numbers you don't know or blocked numbers who either hang up when you answer or don't leave a message when they get your voicemail. Later you'll get a SCAM CALL if they manage to obtain your name.
