The unidentified caller tried my number many times from a local area code number.  Did not pick up since I didn't know them. When I call the number back it goes right to voicemail says it's for SPH Analytics a healthcare survey company.   However when you Google the actual name business online, the Linked in the number & several other sources give this number, but when you call it, it not a valid number - (866)-460-5681.    When you search the phrase SPH Analytics on 1800 notes you see alllllll kinds of scam / spam reports on this company with people fishing for more info all from different numbers.  Very suspect.

The 206 phone number comes back to Press Ganey which is a reputable survey company and also owns SPH Analytics.  As for lots of "scam/spam reports" it looks just like your paranoid post where everyone automatically assumes that it is a "spam/scam/telemarketer".  Some of the reports even claim that they are violating the Do Not Call List by calling with a survey even that isn't true.  If you don't want to participate in the survey that is your business but don't make a fearmongering "the sky is falling" post about it.
