    Got the tail end of a message from this phone number, just saying to call back at 206-905-1427. Called the number, a man named "Officer Albert", clearly Indian from the accent, said it was "IRS headquarters in Washington DC". Guess they don't know that Washington STATE and DC are two different places when they chose the phone number. I said, Oh, it's one of those scams, and hung up.
