This number calls once or twice a day. More often than not they hang up before the message machine finishes, but two times an automated message was left with a woman's voice saying "this is a service verification. We'll call back."

Please don't.

They've called as early as 7:30 in the morning and as late as 8:40 at night. If this number calls, don't pick up.

I get the same message and im in The Woodlands Texas. Same times...around the same time. they call and say the same thing. I even blocked them.

Called at 9:14 this morning - no message left. Came throught as "Verification PR". We don't answer unknown out of state calls. 208 area code (listed - may be spoofed) is Idaho.

I received this call today as well, no one on the phone just dead line. I answered it was dead for 30 seconds then hung up.

Have received three calls from this number on my cell with no voicemail-annoying! I am in The Woodlands Tx area as well

Getting a lot of calls from this number to the point that it's annoying.

They are calling to verify something for the Houston Chronicle, but they have the wrong number.

I received a call from this number on 7/19/2013 at 12:17 p.m.  It appeared on my caller ID as "Verification PR."  I did not answer the telephone but it rang four times and left a message on the voice mail that it was a "Service Verification and would call back."  This is obviously a nuisance call and should be blocked.

unwanted phone call-calls all the time

I'm in New York, they are calling here to, same story, "Verification PR."  and message "Service Verification and would call back." Looks like a telemarketing co to me.

Got the same call today; wasn't home; I called back, only dead air.  They said the same thing: service verification.  It's very annoying.  I live in the New Hampshire/Maine seacoast area.

I answered call.  They were verifying that we received our Verizon phonebook.

Got a call from this number.id shows D Emmett! No message left.!

Got this call. Did not answer.  Caller ID said "Emmett, IN".

Got this call also caller ID said Verification PR...didn't answer...no message...Hate the phone for these reasons!
